What is FORM?
Form is built and led by passionate coaches who all strive for the same thing, to make each member feel welcomed, included and dedicated to meet your fitness and lifestyle goals.
Our team are friendly faces you'll see when you walk through our doors ensuring every member feels welcomed and supported. Each coach has the knowledge and understanding to be able to deliver the best session possible.

What We Do
FORM Group
A group programme designed to increase your overall movement and strength with a balance of mobility, strength based exercises and fitness in each session. With the small number of people in each session you get a more personalised approach and support and guidance from your coach.
FORM Fit
High energy sessions to boost your fitness, improve endurance whilst keeping it fun. These classes will be a more functional fitness approach to cardio, including bodyweight and also weight based exercises.
FORM +
Similar to our Small Group Personal training sessions, however these sessions will be available to 50yrs+. It is important to maintain muscle and stay mobile if you want to live better for longer. These sessions have a balance of mobility, strength and fitness with the small group support from the coach but with less impact to protect those joints
FORM Baby
Each pregnancy has its unique challenges and joys that come with it and motherhood. Our preand postnatal classes are designed to support you through every stage of your journey. In this small group environment you will have a supportive and safe space, a qualified coach and structured fitness training. With a focus on maintaining and rebuilding strength, recovery and well-being that supports your journey into motherhood.
